Our customer support is simple, responsive, and effective: We communicate via email, phone and text messaging. When you call, we pick up and always return missed calls as soon as possible. Our services performed are thorough. We know you're busy, and the last thing you want to do when you get home is to check the yard to make sure the company you hired did its best job. You can always hold us accountable as we're results-driven and aim to leave no pile behind. In the event we did miss something, we offer a 24-hour no-questions-asked revisit policy to get anything missed from the earlier visit.

We're a service-first, small, locally-owned and operated company. We will visit your residence as often as your needs require. While you don’t have to be home for us to do our work, you will always know we were there when you come home to a poop-free, and, if desired, deodorized and sanitized yard. Our goal is to keep your family and pets healthy and happy in the yard they call home!

That said, if you're considering hiring a pooper scooper company, here are a few tips to ensure you obtain a trusted, professional service provider:

Never hesitate to ask for a copy of their insurance. We maintain high limits on all types of insurance policies - from commercial auto to workers comp to business liability. Any legitimate company can easily provide this and it will help protect you in case of unforeseen accidents.



Do they perform background checks on employees visiting customer's residences? Yours, your family and pet's safety should never be a second thought when hiring a home service provider. We run extensive background checks on all of our employees and never use independent contractors.



Make sure they have systems in place for entering and exiting your yard. We perform a 3-point check on all gates upon entry/exit to ensure no escaped pets. Additionally, we utilize other systems to ensure the safety of your pets and our staff upon entering your yard.



Always ask your service provider if they are properly sanitizing their tools/equipment and shoes between the houses they are visiting. Bacteria and viruses can be spread from yard to yard if tools and shoes are not properly disinfected between stops.

When our clients and potential clients consider the health and happiness of their families and pets, we strive to be the next variable in that equation. That said, we’re committed to following all safety procedures for handling, disinfecting, and transporting hazardous (feces) waste. Our business may be brown but the products we use in our customers’ yards are always green; 100% eco-friendly and non-toxic.

 

Your trust and safety are our top priority when visiting your residence. That’s why all work is done by Bombs Away! employees who undergo extensive background checks. We never use independent contractors. Additionally, we maintain high-limit workers comp and commercial auto insurance policies.
