Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be able to start service?

Our grand opening in your area is scheduled for (enter date). Your initial visit will be scheduled during that week. A Bombs Away! team member will reach out to provide you with your service day(s) prior to that date.

How does billing work?

Billing is done on a prepaid rolling basis. We will charge your card after completion of your initial visit/cleanup. And then again upon starting ongoing service.

Do I need to be home at time of my service visits?

Absolutely not. We just ask that any locked gates are unlocked and any unsafe dogs are kept inside the home.

Am I able to receive service year round?

Yes! We provide services year round, rain or shine. In the event of unsafe or hazardous weather (thunderstorms or downpours) or road conditions, we will cancel services until it’s safe to resume. Clients will be notified of any service visit cancellations with as much advance notice as possible.

Do I need to sign any contracts?

No! We never require our clients to sign any contracts. Start/stop, upgrade/downgrade services at anytime. We’re quite flexible and very easy to work with.

How long will this promotion last?

This is our grand opening promotion. This offer is valid until (enter date). After that time we may run subsequent promtions, but they may not be as epic as this one!

Can my dogs be in the yard when you're working?

If there’s no question your dog(s) are friendly they are more than welcome to join us in the yard while we’re working. Otherwise, we ask that dog(s) are kept inside the home while we work.

Can I choose my service day(s)?

No. To keep prices competitive and operations efficient, we add you to our established routes based on your address and visit frequency. If you require service on a certain day just let us know. We’ll always do our best to try and accommodate requests.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Cash and personal checks are not accepted. In ceratain cases we may be able to make exceptions to this policy as a temporary or one-time deal.

Do you offer commercial services?

We sure do! We service HOA’s, apartments, city/county parks just to name a few. We offer a variety of services to accommodate the needs of our commercial clients.
