Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Dena! I’ve lived in the Bay Area for 15 years and have a dog of my own, so I’ve been scooping for a while now, just not ‘professionally’ until recently. I love hiking all over Marin, checking out local dog parks, and I foster pups whenever I can. I recently finished grad school at Harvard and wanted to do something that gets me outside, helps pet owners, and gives dogs (and their humans) a cleaner space to play.

Curb Service Haul Away
You may clean up after your dog(s) or clean out the litter boxes yourself, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you want the poop in your trash bin. We provide a 5-gallon bucket with an airtight lid lined with a trash bag. We then visit as often as you’d like to remove its contents and replace it with a clean bag. Regular deodorizing and sanitizing of the bucket is also provided.
Litter Box Exchange Service
Never buy kitty litter again! We start by dropping off your selected number of clean, prefilled litter boxes. We then return on your scheduled service day to exchange the clean for the dirties. Just leave the boxes outside on your porch or in another predetermined area for us to exchange. Boxes are cleaned, sanitized and deodorized at our shop between exchanges.
Pressure Washing
Stains and odors from urine and build up from dog poop love to linger. We’ll pressure wash artificial turf and hardscapes or other areas of your yard where your dogs prefer to do their business. Combine with our Wysiwash service for optimal results.

Do I need to be home when you arrive on my service day(s)?
Nope! We’ll enter through a predetermined access point, like a side gate. Just make sure the gate is unlocked and the area is safe and clear of obstructions. We won’t climb gates or jump fences. If the gate is locked and we can’t access your yard, you’ll still be charged for that visit. However, we’ll always try to contact you and, if possible, revisit the same day. This policy applies throughout Marin & Sonoma Counties.
How will I know my residence was serviced?
Aside from a clean, bomb-free yard, you’ll get job completion notifications via SMS and email. Plus, you can track completed and upcoming visits in our client portal, which offers features designed to enhance your experience. As a locally operated Green Certified company serving Marin & Sonoma Counties, we handle everything electronically and don’t leave paper notices like door hangers.
Do we work with dogs in the yard?
Yes! Safety is our top priority—for your pets and our team. If your dog is aggressive or uncomfortable with strangers, please keep them indoors during service. Our staff won’t enter a yard if an animal shows aggression, agitation, or excessive barking. If we can’t safely enter, you’ll still be charged for the visit, but we’ll contact you to discuss the situation and try to return later the same day.
Am I able to receive service year round?
Yes! Rain or shine, we operate year-round in Marin & Sonoma Counties. In cases of hazardous weather, like thunderstorms or unsafe road conditions, we’ll pause services until it’s safe to resume. You’ll be notified of any cancellations in advance whenever possible.
What holidays do we observe?
We work year-round but observe these U.S. holidays:

- Christmas Day
We’ll send email reminders the week before any holiday closures to keep Marin & Sonoma clients informed.
Am I able to choose my service day(s)?
No. To keep routes efficient across Marin & Sonoma Counties, we assign service days based on your address and frequency. If you need service on a specific day, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to make it work.
How often are you able to service my residence/community?
We offer frequencies from biweekly to six times a week in select areas of Marin & Sonoma Counties. The most popular options are once, twice, or three times a week, depending on how clean you want your yard and how many dogs you have.
Do I need to sign any contracts?
Nope! We don’t require contracts or long-term commitments. You can start, stop, or change services anytime. However, commercial accounts in Marin & Sonoma Counties require a service agreement, which can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Unfortunately, we don’t accept cash or personal checks. In certain cases, temporary exceptions may be made.
Do you offer any kind of discount on services?

How will I be billed each month?
Our service is prepaid and subscription-based. Billing happens on a rolling basis, starting from the date your service begins each month. A credit card on file is required for all clients, whether for one-time or ongoing service.
