Curb Service Haul Away
You may clean up after your dog(s) or clean out the litter boxes yourself, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you want the poop in your trash bin. We provide a 5-gallon bucket with an airtight lid lined with a trash bag. We then visit as often as you’d like to remove its contents and replace it with a clean bag. Regular deodorizing and sanitizing of the bucket is also provided.
Litter Box Exchange Service
Never buy kitty litter again! We start by dropping off your selected number of clean, prefilled litter boxes. We then return on your scheduled service day to exchange the clean for the dirties. Just leave the boxes outside on your porch or in another predetermined area for us to exchange. Boxes are cleaned, sanitized and deodorized at our shop between exchanges.
Pressure Washing
Stains and odors from urine and build up from dog poop love to linger. We’ll pressure wash artificial turf and hardscapes or other areas of your yard where your dogs prefer to do their business. Combine with our Wysiwash service for optimal results.

Do I need to be home when you arrive on my service day(s)?
Not at all! We can access your yard through a prearranged entry point, such as an unlocked side gate. Just ensure the area is safe, clear of obstacles, and the gate is unlocked on service day. Please note, we won’t climb gates or hop fences. If we’re unable to access your yard due to a locked gate, you’ll still be charged for the visit, but we’ll do our best to contact you and, if possible, revisit later that day. This policy applies to Oakland County, Alameda County, and surrounding areas.
How will I know my residence was serviced?
In addition to enjoying a clean, waste-free yard, you’ll receive service completion updates via SMS or email. You can also track all completed and upcoming visits in our client portal, making it easy to stay informed. As a proud local business serving Oakland and Alameda Counties, we operate entirely online—no paper notices or door hangers needed.
Do we work with dogs in the yard?
Yes, we’re happy to work with pets in the yard! Safety is always our top priority—for your furry friends and our team. If your dog is aggressive or uncomfortable with new people, we ask that you keep them inside during our visit. For safety reasons, we won’t enter a yard if a pet shows signs of aggression, agitation, or excessive barking. If we’re unable to safely complete the service, you’ll still be charged for the visit, though we’ll try to contact you and reschedule for later the same day.
Am I able to receive service year round?
Absolutely! We operate year-round in Oakland and Alameda Counties, no matter the season. In cases of hazardous weather, such as heavy rain or unsafe road conditions, we may temporarily pause services until we can safely resume. If a cancellation is necessary, we’ll do our best to notify you in advance.
What holidays do we observe?
We work year-round but observe these U.S. holidays:

Am I able to choose my service day(s)?
To keep our routes efficient across Oakland and Alameda Counties, we assign service days based on your location and the frequency of your chosen plan. If you need service on a specific day, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How often are you able to service my residence/community?
We offer flexible schedules, ranging from biweekly to up to six times per week in select areas of Oakland and Alameda Counties. Our most popular options are once, twice, or three times a week, depending on your yard’s size, how many pets you have, and how clean you’d like to keep your outdoor space.
Do I need to sign any contracts?
No contracts here! You’re free to start, pause, or cancel services whenever you need. However, commercial accounts in Oakland and Alameda Counties do require a service agreement, which can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, we can’t accept cash or personal checks. Temporary exceptions may be made in certain circumstances—contact us if needed!
Do you offer any kind of discount on services?

How will I be billed each month?
Our services are prepaid and subscription-based. Your billing cycle starts on the first day of service and renews monthly. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file for both one-time and recurring services.
